eviews. My check engine light was on. They where gracious enough to squeeze me in immidiatly. When I arrived my car was pulled in right away. Marcus who stated he was a newer owner came out to tell me everything the inspection had found. I was impressed by his honosty as he told me what needed to be done now and what could wait. I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on and comfortable referring friends and family.

Older car, non-car guy, not from the area and in need of major repair…recipe to be taken advantage of
. We were staying close to Global so I brought my car in for help. It was hard for me to explain the “noise” but they worked with me and they listened to me and finally they identified the problem. Eric explained everything that was going on with the car and did so in a way that even I understood. It all made sense to a non-car guy like me. They provided me with a nice loaner car and in 2 days the problem was resolved. We are back on the road and will return whenever or wherever we are and need help again. I trust them, which is huge for me. Thanks to Eric, Michelle and the rest of the techs. Well done.

I have been a customer with Rocco's for over 10 years and the reason why is because of their courtesy
and customer service. This week I inadvertently stopped by the shop toward the end of the day to see if someone could take a quick look at my Range Rover. One of the cameras was detached from its mounting bracket inside the front bumper. The garage was packed with cars and it was a busy time. I spoke to Daniel the garage manager and Chase the advisor and they glady took a look at the vehicle and immediately put it in the garage to see what could be done. In 15 minutes they had the camera fixed and gave me a thumbs up and sent me on my way back home. You can't ask for better attention and more importantly the willingness to please a customer. Thank you again for your continued great service and courtesy.

n every way, from the friendly, polite manner at the reception desk, the cup of hot coffee in the waiting room, to the test run on the Interstate they did, with me sitting in the passenger seat, to diagnose the faint whirring I had recently started to hear. Keith, the head mechanic, knew right away that it was a bearing problem in the front end, and confirmed his diagnosis with a "stethoscope" when my car was up on the lift I was impressed with Dave the boss, who drove me home while they worked on my car, answering all my questions about the changing world of auto repairs, with the progressive computerization of vehicles, and what Elite has had to do to keep current (software, tools, etc.). Then Dave picked me up in the afternoon so's I could have my car back in time for my next day's errands. They were not defensive when I asked to see the bearing assembly they had removed, and explained just what had gone wrong with it. Good price for a complicated job, installing top quality bearings, cheaper than the dealership would charge. No more odd humming in the front end when I drive down the highway. Elite Automotive inspires trust, and does a good job.
