As vehicle has aged, I've run into a couple issues (radiator, compressor) and what I like about Chris
and team is the ability to accurately diagnose and correct the issue with his "what I would do" approach. Most my family still goes to car dealerships for service and I review the invoices/repair bills. I often ask "what's this for"....response is "not sure, the dealership said I SHOULD have it done". Dealerships are financially incentivized corporations that pressure their service managers and staff to generate profit. Chris is a "mom & pop shop", where he's very cost conscience, driven by desire to understand and return quality affordable service, getting the vehicle running and learn from each experience. I enjoy questioning him, his responses and the "what we've typically seen with these cars". He's a wealth of knowledge, patient and openly shares his experiences...both good and bad regarding resolving all kinds of car troubles.
