over a simple data entry error concerning the odometer that had been done back in late 2023. I stopped in on (8/8/25) to discuss the matter with Max and Adrian. Immediately they sprung into action and were eager to resolve the issue for me. The communication was over the top and resolved that same day. I received an email from Adrian on (8/9/25) detailing the how, when and why he also attached service invoices for my records. This is a level of service far and above what I was expecting. I am extremely grateful for their quick action and resolve.

Took a 2016 Toyota Highlander with a strange leak on the driver side fr
ont tire. Tires were new so was surprised at the leak. This was Christmas Eve afternoon so i'm sure the staff was ready to go home. Front desk was very courteous. Mechanic found no leaks so he broke tire down, cleaned rim and pump tire up with air.
Front desk reported finding and say if you experience any more issue bring car back.
I thank them for their help and headed to pay for their time.
To my surprise they wouldn't take any money for their work. I insisted but they refused saying they actually didn't fix anything.

Why can't all car repair shops be like Hartman's
I took my car in for a problem they could not replicate. They took my car on the highway and tried t
o diagnose in the shop. Sometimes problems are intermittent and don't always happen again. But instead of recommending repairs that might not have fixed the problem, they explained what it could be and told me to bring it back if the problem returned. But the reason they get 5 stars is they didn't charge for all the work they did. Obviously this is a shop with honest staff that care about repeat business and I will trust their judgement in the future.
