They made the whole experience comfortable and pressure-free, even offering me coffee while we went over the details, and followed up after I drove the car home to make sure everything went well.

I went to the dealership first and they quoted me over
$6,000, claiming I needed a long list of repairs and parts that turned out to be either completely unnecessary or flat-out misdiagnosed. They were trying to take advantage of me big time.
Frustrated, I took my car to Auto Authority instead. From the very first conversation, they were straightforward, honest, and actually listened to my concerns. They diagnosed the real issues quickly, explained everything clearly, and only performed exactly what needed to be done—no upselling, no fluff, no hidden fees. The work was done perfectly, the price was more than fair and only a fraction of the dealer quote!

I recently had electrical issues with my 2017 Ford Escape. It was a real mystery case. The gang at
RMC not only diagnosed and fixed (turned out was a fuse in engine area) but kept reassuringme through out the whole process. They also were able to trouble shoot and fix my back hatch door. They were more than reasonably price too! They showed me the old parts they replaced too! In this day and age it was so refreshing to be treated so well! As a woman I often feel like the place I take my car will try to take advantage of me. I NEVER had this feeling with RMC Automotive!!
