Excellent service installing new catalytic converter!
They got me in quickly as the engine was running hot. They diagnosed within minutes that I needed the
catalytic converter had to be replaced. I got an appointment to have this done the next day. They had the work done in the time that they told me. Steve was very courteous & explained what was involved. He even gave me a ride home ,& ride back to the shop when it was ready to be picked up. Outstanding service. I will tell everyone about it!

I was recommended to this place by my father, since I haven’t had the best luck with auto services fo
r quite some time. I usually have to drive all the way to Enumclaw, WA just to find a family-owned, honest shop I can trust.
East Hill Side Auto Service did an excellent job. They even took my car for a drive to see if there were any noticeable issues, which I really appreciated. I originally came in for an oil change and was also informed about a few other services my car may need.
Rommel was very professional, transparent, and honest. He was not pushy at all, which meant a lot to me. My car has pretty high mileage, and I already know I probably won’t be keeping it much longer. He gave me his honest opinion on what truly needed to be done now, what could wait, and what he would recommend if I planned on keeping the car longer.
I really respect and value a place that gives safe, honest advice based on someone’s actual circumstances and budget instead of just trying to sell extra work. That kind of honesty goes a long way.
I will definitely be coming back to get the other services I need. I really appreciate the time and care they put into my oil change.

My first time there couple other places quoted me alot more for my transmission -but these guys expla
in what I needed and what I didnt need.I have since took wife car there and also my co-worker loves these guys.Ryan the owner really has a good team Josh has a great personality and Jason will explain things to where you understand it without a big ego like some places. Sure you can find places cheaper-but like my grandma would say you get what you pay for . You may come in for oil change but they may see worn out hoses.What me and my co -worker love is that they text you a detailed report on you car what need to be worked right away then next level then tere a next level its awesome report nevewr had anyone does this before.Plus they are next to fred meyers so I can do my shopping and stop wendys for a bite to bad I didnt know about them before. You will not find a more honest knowledgeable place then Premier dont take my word look at some of there reviews on their site they are not made up either. !!

I hadn’t thought about how much of a difference that would make, but they knew exactly what to look for on the vehicle and corrected some systemic problems at the root. Having that foresight is really priceless, especially when missing those problems can costs thousands of dollars down the line (which we’ve done before).
