I brought my Denali in to HP Automotive for a problem on my air conditioning but doing an inspection
of the engine, they noticed that my radiator was leaking and that my hoses to the air conditioning had blown apart. Repairing the air conditioning line was straight forwarding but the radiator was a different story. After three attempts the fourth one fit. The issue came down to calling the dealership and finding the make and model and vin number after that bit of investigation Scott and Gene took it from there. It took a couple of days but well worth the wait. HP Automotive will repair you vehicle right the first time and will take good care of you. Communication straight forward, customer service is outstanding. Professional, Approachable, and Friendly Jamie, Gene, and Scott are the Best in the business.
