While waiting for a safety inspection, I listened to the Manager call a customer several times to dis
cuss an estimate for work that another service station had insisted he needed. The MyTech Manager called first to say he his technician could not find anything wrong with the wheel bearings or struts (the other service station said the bearing were leaking). The customer, obviously incredulous that MyTech found another wrong, pressed the Manager and noted that other service station indicated the brakes needed replacing as well. The Manager said he would look at the vehicle himself and report back which he did indication that there was nothing wrong with the parts and indicated he took pictures and would share them with the customer... He also indicated that he could come and pick up the vehicle and that there would be no charge because he wouldn't feel right charging a good customer for helping him avoid being ripped off by another service center... I usually don't write reviews but the folks at MyTech did the right thing and it should be noted. These guys are honest and put the customer first. I'll be taking my vehicles there when they need work.
