We had a punctured tire on our Tesla on a roadtrip to Coudersport. The car does not come with a spar
e or any kind of repair kit. I was seriously stressed out because we were 100+ miles from home. E&B fixed the tire for us and we made it home without any incident. I was just really grateful for the kind and quick service they provided!

o want to recognize the people at Mears. Everyone I spoke with was nothing but helpful. I talked to Randy twice, Jeremy once, and I believe Amy as well. Every time I called, they thoroughly explained what was going on with my vehicle, regularly paused to make sure I was following, and asked if I had any questions. Whenever I did, they took the time to answer them in detail.
I truly couldn’t have asked for better customer service. From my first phone call to picking up my vehicle, they were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful.
