I took my F-350 to a Bremerton Ford dealer to have a recall performed. On the way home the check eng
ine light came on. The Ford dealer said it wasn't their problem and wanted $2300 to fix it. I took the truck to the Flying Wrench. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the communication with them was excellent. The repair was done within a few days.
The dealer wanted $2300 to fix the problem they caused (failure to hook up a hose in the diesel exhaust fluid system, which caused DEF to stream out of the tank). Flying Wrench identified the issue and fixed it for $537. They also prepared the right documentation for me to recover the cost of the repair from the Ford dealer.

My car needed a long (120,000 mile) servicing, and I was confident from past experience that Mark wou
ld do just that and be accountable in writing. Plus, there wasn't any surprise added things, like my concern about my steering wheel being a little wonky. It wasn't, but Mark could have done some fake "work" on it and charged me for it. He simply tested my steering wheel and said it was fine and needed nothing, to my great relief.
