as sooo nice and amazing ! Pulled my car right in the shop to do diagnostic testing and told me what I needed. Beautiful it’s 4:30 and I had to get to work the next day due to Feds coming to review my school ( yuck) JIMMY was so great and really went out of his way to fix my car by 7am the next morning so I could get to work!!!’ GREAT SERVICE... super nice ... service well done and fairly priced !!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ...DEPENDABLE AUTO! Best service I ever had and explained everything !!!!!

Was with another shop for over 10 years. Always happy with them, but as they grew it seemed like they
were just cranking out cars as fast as they could and missed things the last year or two.
Found Alexander's and read the reviews. Made an appointment for inspection, oil/filter change, and wipers. Also left a note about problems with Jeep and previous experience with another shop.
They were professional and listened, but just stuck to facts of case. That's great! All my concerns were addresses and got our Jeep back the same day.
My family has been using C and J for years for a reason… They are fantastic! Our cars are well care

I lost 2 tires during a snow storm and found myself on the side of the road. After a quick tow to Mig
hty Muffler that night, they started on my truck right away the next morning. I especially like that they called and kept me informed of their progress along the way and took care of some other minor issues they found - to prevent future problems with my truck. Definitely much appreciated!
