omer, understand your concerns, no up selling or pressure, and do what’s right / needed mentality. What further sets them apart from others - is communication. A number of shops keep you informed along the way (where the repair is in the process) but Trudeau’s goes above and beyond typical processes. If you don’t understand an issue or what needs repaired, they will start at ground zero. They explain how things work (even drawing it out as needed) and walk through everything until you are comfortable. The team at Trudeau’s are second to none.
