en with a 5 Star rating, not for fixing the problem on my car, but the response by the owner after not being able to correct the problem. After three attempts and several parts being changed out the problem was not resolved. I then received a call from the owner apologizing for their inability to be able to correct it( an electrical issue) and informing me he was returning the entire amount of money that I had spent. This amounted to well over $2,000.00 which included labor and parts. I was not asked to return any of the items installed in my car and the check arrived at my house two days later. I want to state in the past other issues have been resolved regarding my car by them with procession expertise. Needlessly to say I will continue to do business with Titan Automotive in the future and I highly recommend others seek out their services.

erate the best shop...Will tell you what you need, but more importantly what you don't need...For those who like doing preemptive maintenance, will test your fluids to make sure change is necessary...No one explains complex and detailed mechanical, electrical and emission issues in a way that a lay person can easily understand like Taylor, so that you know what's happening with your car and why they are doing the work they are doing to it...
