Great service done correctly the first time, Shop can be challenging to schedule due to how busy they
are but we’ve finally found someone we can trust with working on our diesel Audi and Porsche automobiles. Unlike stealerships, I never feel like I’m paying for unnecessary repairs. We had a recent emergency repair request on the Q7 before heading out of town and they went above and beyond to fit us in. Highly recommend GPA!

When I told Sergio Zarzoza the issue with my Honda Civic CVT transmission, he knew right away what part(s) where causing the issue and was confident he could replace it for a fraction of the cost compared to finding an older transmission or purchasing a brand new one. I had been having issues with my 07 Avalon. I had a mechanic that misdiagnosed the issues and ended
up spending money without fixing the problem. My power steering fluid was leaking bad and my AC stopped working as did my turn signals. I happened to drive by the shop and decided to give them a call.. I spoke with Kirk at the front desk and let him know about the problems. He said to bring the vehicle in and his mechanics would diagnose the issues and get back to me with a quote. He called that same afternoon with a diagnosis and a quote. The work was performed as specified and ready the next day. I was very satisfied with the work performed and the price! Kirk and his mechanics are very professional and provided great customer service. Highly recommend.

My day started out bad by my car having car trouble I started calling around trying to find a mechani
c and I was on Google and I saw this place and I read the reviews and so I called and I asked them did they charge diagnosis fee’s and everything, etc. etc. they told me to come on in. They said if I do the job with them I wouldn’t have to pay the diagnosis fee From the moment I walked in the building. I felt as if I was around friends and family that I known my whole life they’re so welcoming so friendly, great people hands-down, and their mechanic is amazing. He took time to explain things to me because I was trying to make sure that I wasn’t getting myself Into a deeper hole by trying to fix it and he let me know the best route to take and once I informed him that I was dropping my car off they asked me did I need a ride they gave me a ride to my destination for free that was amazing that took a little stress off my plate. They drop me off at work stayed in contact with me the whole time while I was at work it was just a great experience from the front office to the mechanics. I’m looking forward to my car breaking again so I can go back and see these people.lol just kidding but seriously I invited them to a barbecue on the 16th. I’m hoping they come. First impressions are everything and these people have made an impression on me thank you guys so much. I really do appreciate your hard work dedication and putting me back on the road.
