With a 22 yo vehicle still kicking A, I still have occasional issues. 2004 manual CRV cannot be repla
ced with an automatic or paddle shift (still automatic), or a newfangled automatic that you can shift (STILL automatic).
The stick shift with a clutch makes my vehicle worth more to me than any automatic. I pay to keep it going smoothly and still getting 25mpg.
New ie never better. It is cheaper material and built to last 2-3 years.
