No a good experience
This was my first service experience with my new Cadillac, and it was very disappointing. I was told it would take two hours, but when I returned the car wasn’t ready. Instead, I was made to wait in a cashier line — even though there was no charge — and then wait again for the car to be brought around.
When arrived, the fabric on my door was covered in grease. When I pointed it out, I was told they could wash it, but that would have taken even more time I didn’t have. The fact is, the car simply was not ready after the promised time.
Completely inefficient and unprofessional — far below the standard I expected from Cadillac. Honestly, this experience makes me wish I had bought another Lincoln instead of an Escalade.

Damage to our car
Brand new 2020ct4 sport, First time i took it in for air bag recall ,the top rail of the roof, the side they were working on, they managed to put a dent in it. The second time now, drivers seat stopped working, so we had to take two cars out there to drop of the cadi, and would not lone us a rental, took two days for them to remove the seat and figure out what was wrong, and in doing so, put gouges in the plastic of the interior ,not to mention damaging the back seat with a long scrape, and putting dents in the door frame. So, it's been 2 1/2 weeks now because parts had to be ordered so i left a message with the operator for Dave to call back, lets see how long it takes him. I am meticulous about my cars, every time i take it to them ,there's always damage done VERY MAD

Untrustworthy Service and/or Poor Quality ProductPoor
For the second time in four years, a routine pre-travel checkup turned into repairs that totalled big bucks. My CTS just reached 70k miles and the checkup turned into a nightmare of cascading problems with a leaking oil pan, broken water pump, etc., that became a $6.5k repair bill. Less than five years ago, my CTS, with less than 40k miles on the odometer, "needed" more than $5k in repairs. My CTS has been regularly serviced and well treated, so either the car is a shoddy GM product or the need for the repairs has been forced.

Problem is we just had a hot weekend and my AC in my 2009 Escalade still doesn't put out enough cool air to cool the truck. Ducts on driver side exhaust warm air at times.
