Quality customer service and auto work
Total Car Care was a great choice for the significant exhaust repair for my car. The entire experience from the initial phone call where I described my car issues went smoothly as the Total Car Care representative Adam was very effective with the diagnosis and communication. I had my car towed there and the team did quality work repairing the undercarriage issue as my car sounds much better. Their work means I will be returning due to the quality work.

Honest Service
Honest and trustworthy service after taking my vehicle to another shop. They did not play guessing games with me but instead found the problem while inspecting the undercarriage. They also identified a few other issues and allowed me to view the results myself, giving me peace of mind and options to consider, which were great. Great customer service!
