Willard’s researched the installation of a block heater in my new Ranger. I opted to not have it done
due to price. (Not Willard’s fault, Ford is price gouging on this item, in my opinion) I do have an issue with something unrelated to Willard’s excellent vehicle maintenance.
A place of business that is operated professionally does not allow politically charged messages to be customer facing. In this case a coffee mug. Not a big thing? To me it is. If I see it or anything similar I take my business elsewhere
