From the moment I drove into the service bay, I felt I was in good hands. I was guided to a parking s
pot, greeted and was informed as to whom my service advisor would be. Service advisor greeted me right away, told me what services would be performed on my car and was then shown the waiting room. Waiting room was new, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were impeccably clean, as well. Great coffee maker, too: lattes, cappuccinos, regular coffee, etc. My car was ready ahead of schedule! Very happy with Parker.

John was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to work with. The price they cam
e up with for our trade-in was right inline with what I was expecting. When he came up with the price of the car and I countered, he was empowered to go to the computer and figure out the lowest price on his own without having to go to a manager or get someone else involved. Finance still took a long time, but that was no surprise. I would go here again for sure.
