Hi, I wanted to tell you that I was very fortunate yesterday when it came time to pick up my car. I
had enough money in the bank, but my bank only allows $1000 a day unless you call them ahead of time and up the maximum allowed.. times allowed me to pay what I could on my car and I went back today to pay the balance who else would’ve done that for me I can’t think of anyone!! Very much appreciate your customer service and helping me out on a tight spot. 💜💜💜

Over 20 years ago I walked into Eastgate Shell for the 1st time. As a female, my question to them was
- “ I’m looking for a place to work on my car where I won’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of and a place I can trust they will do what’s needed - and not more. Is this the
place ?” A man in the waiting area (whom I had not seen) said “Ma’am, if that’s what you’re looking for, this is the place.” And my husband and I have been buying gas and getting work done since then.
They take care of us, Itrust them and their work implicitly and I have recommended them to many friends

I was actually shocked when i phoned regarding a problem my dealership scheduled me the last week of
September when I called the middle of August and they could get me in in three days! Although my issue probably wasn’t as detailed as some and it was fixed the same day. this business has also been highly recommended in a community group on Facebook so after I read everything and did not see any bad reviews I thought I would try them and I’m glad I did.
