Everything went well. I was there to have an interlock device installed. I was embarrassed but there
was no judgement on their part. They were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to explaining how to use the device. After I left, I got a warning to check in on the device. I couldn't make it work, so I panicked, pulled over and shut the car off. I couldn't get it to start again, so I gave them a call. The manager calmed me down and walked me through it again, and it worked. I will definitely do business with them again.
