I really appreciate the explanation behind what is causing issues within my car, along with the servi
ce techs providing lots of information/feedback when i have questions about said issues. I have a hard time finding a mechanic that i can trust to work on my car, but it feels safe bringing my car to Sipe Bros! They are good at identifying issues, being upfront about it, and asking for permission/confirmation before completing a new job if they find an issue previously not mentioned when originally bringing it in.

t communications and excellent upbeat approach. I was also given an estimate for tires that I will be needing. I was checked out by Teresa in the service area, very nice and provided great customer service. Also, Mike in the front cashier area was very kind and polite as well! I will definitely be returning!
