Took a 2016 Toyota Highlander with a strange leak on the driver side fr
ont tire. Tires were new so was surprised at the leak. This was Christmas Eve afternoon so i'm sure the staff was ready to go home. Front desk was very courteous. Mechanic found no leaks so he broke tire down, cleaned rim and pump tire up with air.
Front desk reported finding and say if you experience any more issue bring car back.
I thank them for their help and headed to pay for their time.
To my surprise they wouldn't take any money for their work. I insisted but they refused saying they actually didn't fix anything.

I was 200 miles from home and my 2008 sprinter rv belt tensioner seized and did a lot of damage. Tow
driver recommended Whalens. I called and Beth said bring it here and we will see what we can do. Within ten minutes of pulling in my van was being evaluated. Within an hour it was disassembled and parts were ordered. They had me back on the road early the next day. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and professionalism at a fair price!
