Had a flat tire on interstate highway heading back north home and this facility went out of their way
to help us out. They got us in immediately and had a new tire in stock. They mounted and balanced and we were on our way in less than an hour.
A bad luck experience with a flat could not have gone better without their help.

Had to replace my break pads and rotors and they did a great job! They were quick and gave me a fair

I was referred to Jeremy and Prompt automotive by a friend! Jeremy was honest and upfront about what
my truck needed and how much it would cost. It was a big job requiring lots of time and he is extremely busy and he still made time to fix my truck and fit it into his schedule. I think his prices are very fair and the truck runs like brand new couldn’t be happier that I had him repair it! Will defiantly refer and be back when needed!

I have tried many mechanic shops in Honolulu for all of my family vehicles. Some were good and many
were one timers. This place is my go to shop and I do not even look to seek another shop. They fix things that other shops have failed to fix. Their mechanics are top notch and all at a fair reasonable price. To top it off, they always treat me as if I was their neighbor, such a great community feel. Honesty and trust is what they offer to our communities and that is special.
