Erik, Tim, and the team did a great job of diagnosing and replacing the 7 year old battery in my 2019
MINI countryman AWD. They had the correct diagnostic equipment for a MINI, including the required software to register the new battery with the car. They also took the time to confirm my guess that the problem was with the battery by testing it, charging it up, driving it, and re-testing to confirm that the battery was in fact the problem.
They also fixed a problem with a lightbulb that was causing strange behavior with my turn signal.
All in all, I’m really pleased with their work, at a fair price, plus now I don’t have to go into Salt Lake whenever I need my MINI worked on.

ut how they are so thorough with their oil changes I will get a ride next time LOL. It took a bit longer than I anticipated, but my schedule was oddly clear that day so it wasn't a big deal. I did have a minor snafoo a few days later, and they promptly reassessed the situation and took care of the problem with no trouble. I was extremely happy with the resulting service, and even though I started out to be a very mean girl, they were respectful and helpful. So .... I will be back, and will be continuing my patronage of their establishment.
