Complete Auto has been servicing my vehicles for the past 12 years and they have never tried to sell
me any services I did not need. They identify safety issued that need attention as well as normal wear and tear items that need to be monitored and addressed at some point down the road. They have never done any fear mongering or hard sell on any of their services, just honest advisement. They take the time to explain any issues that may be found and whether or not it should be addressed right away for safety or if it can wait.
Like their sign by the door says, "Old-School Values You Can Trust". I have trusted them for the past 12 years and if I wasn't moving to Tennessee I would continue to trust them with all my vehicle service needs. I hope I can find a local shop in Tennessee that I can trust as much as I trust Complete Auto.
Integrity is doing the right thing even if its not in your best interest, which has not been my experience with other shops, especially dealerships. I am greatful that shops like Complete Auto exist.
