Great customer service
I was having problems with the manual transmission in my 1993 Jeep. I wasn’t sure if it was actually
the transmission, the clutch, or the transmission being out of alignment due to the lift kit. I called several transmission shops for quotes, but as soon as I contacted Mike at Angel’s, I knew that’s where I was taking my jeep. Mike took the time to ask me many questions about the jeep. Not one of the other shops asked me any questions about the jeep. They all just assumed it was going to be a transmission rebuild and quoted me a price for that. Mike was the only one who said, bring it in and we’ll diagnose it to see exactly what’s wrong with it. When I dropped my jeep off, Steve went through everything with me. Steve explained all the possible things it could be and what the fix would be for any of those problems. When the guys at Angels diagnosed the problem, Steve called me and broke everything down step-by-step. Steve kept in constant contact with me while my Jeep was in the shop giving me updates and letting me know how everything was going. When I picked up my jeep, I was extremely pleased with how smooth it ran. Shifting was so much better. The clutch is more responsive. When I took my jeep in, I also asked them to replace the motor mounts. I could see that they were bad. When I did not see, was that one of the motor mounts has a special bracket that was broken. Due to the age of the jeep, this is not a common part that is easily found. Steve told me they would make a bracket themselves to replace the original bracket. I could only imagine what this is gonna cost. The bracket came out fantastic and they really took care of me on the price. They could have totally up charged me for fabricating this bracket, but they did not. The customer service and the quality of the work performed by angels is top-notch. Both Mike and Steve are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They’re both very friendly and I love that they take the time to explain everything to you and don’t just brush you off.

e began taking our vehicles to Bush we were frustrated when it came to repairs and maintenance on our vehicles. Too many times we took our vehicles to the shop only to have to take it back a week later because something wasn’t done correctly or more issues that weren’t shared with us at time of visit. And don’t get me started on issues with warranties. Since we’ve gone to Bush Automotive vehicle maintenance and repair is a non issue. We know what we are getting and it will be done properly. We highly recommend using Bush Automotive.
