2020 Hyundai Elantra

Bought it new to replace my 2015 Jeep Cherokee trail hawk edition that became unreliable after 80k, because of transmission issues. Overall very happy with the car and was impressed with how quiet the cabin is.

Love the car. It rides very smooth. Love the color! My only wish is the car was made a bit taller because it’s low to the ground. The car is easy to drive for sure. It hasn’t really had issues. So far so good.

I am happy with my vehicle.

I have owned this vehicle for 2 years. I am overall happy with the vehicle. I was inconvenienced with repairs of my transmission in March. I did not like there was no loaner vehicle. I did like the ease in purchasing the vehicle. I was able to research the prices online and complete the loan process on line before going into the dealership to speak with a salesperson. The salesperson and finance person were friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very family friendly because I did take my grandchildren with me and they were patient and understanding when interacting with them as well. I will remember the experience and recommend others to go buy vehicle from Regional Hyundai in the future.

Love my Elantra

I've had my car for a year now. I've used mainly 10% ethanol gas in it. I think it gets great gas mileage. Since, it's a 4 cylinder it is a bit laggy when the AC is on. However, I've never had any problems with getting on the highway. The only issues I've had is that for some reason it occasionally "surges" during acceleration. Usually happens when the engine is cold. The other is that this vehicle has brakes!! They are very sensitive. Even after a year of driving they're sensitive. The "Drive mode" button gets stepped on by my dog so I wish it was in a different area or lockable. Overall, I love my Elantra and I love Hyundai's warranty.

just an average car at best. cheap price, cheap quality. just an average car. lots of road noise. night time driving can be dangerous since headlights are aimed downward, very weird. radio is not much more than a toy.

Just an incredibly nice car!

The Elantra I bought is the Value Edition. It has nearly everything! It's comfortable, really well built and exceptionally efficient. Just completed a 3,400 mile trip and overall average mpg was 50! Way to go! I am totally happy with the car so far.

Love car/very dissatisfied with dealership where purchased.

This is a comfortable car and gets good gas mileage. I rarely go anywhere, but travel on interstate is nice with cruise control. The tint is great for Florida, but I got stopped by a policeman in Tennessee because of tint on windows. It's illegal there/too dark.

It sucks

Bought brand new and Doesn’t work consistently. It definitely came off the assembly line way too quickly. It’s a nightmare to get fixed at the dealership since appts. are months out. I have anxiety since I never know if it’s going to start and drive when I need it to.

The near perfect sedan.

I am amazed with the proficiency of the safety alert system which have saved my bacon several times. That and the cars beauty, brake system, power train and interior comfort make me happy to drive it and proud to keep clean and show off. I want to lease a 2022 model.

Vehicle has been reliable, comfortable, and everything I needed

I haven't had any issues with the vehicle so far. Everything has worked consistently and the vehicle is very comfortable to drive on a day to day basis. Highly recommend. the MPG is also pretty great!

It’s an ok car

I’m not really interested in this car like my first bought it. The only real reason I bought it was because I worked at the Hyundai dealership if I didn’t I wouldn’t have went. It’s a pretty basic car to be honest

Great second or commute car

Very good car; very reliable and gets excellent gas mileage, BUT does not accelerate very well in Normal drive much less than Smart drive. Sport drive is good but why would you keeping changing drives just to accelerate on the freeway or onto the freeway.

It feels very comfortable to drive . would also highly recommend this Elantra model for seniors. The seats are very comfortable. the windows are big and provide very good visibility. the color and paint job are very attractive and the car is easily visible at night. Overall it well earned the title 2020 North American car of the year.I will definitely lease or buy an Elantra again when it is time to replace it with a later model.The price of the lantra is also very attractive..

The Elantra feels very comfortable to drive . I would also recommend this car to be driven by seniors. The seats are very comfortable. The car has very good visibility. It can be easily seen in the dark since the colors are easily noticed.
