It just doesn't have enough features on the inside and they don't come

I think the vehicles should have more futures on it and different color models and sunroof and better range and charging up the vehicle it goes pretty quick

2026 Battery System failed at 2206 miles 🤔

Nice EV while it lasts, ours left us stranded in the middle of the highway for 3 hours and been in the shop since May 28th 🙄

Great EV

3rd EV (Ipace & Tesla Y before). Love the presence, ride, space and technology that works for the driver. Very quiet and comfortable. Fast charging. Quibbles- infotainment start a little slow. Occasionally doors a bit slow to recognise my phone and open. European safety features that you have to turn off every time.

Excellent EV for the entire family

We are very happy with our Ioniq 9 with it's excellent range, confortable ride quality and all the amenties offered along with the powerful dual motor on our performance trim. Cabin feels very nice and luxerious.

Disappointed

We recently purchased our vehicle in April and our vehicle has been at the dealer for the past week. There has been a problem with the passenger door in that when the door opened it was hitting the frame of the vehicle creating a clanking sound

Love my IONIQ

The color and trim are beautiful, all the lights are concealed and flush with the outside body. The inside is spacious. When in drive mode it is quiet. We have taken a 10 hour trip and having to stop not only reenergized the car but us as well.

No warranty for the portable charger.

There’s no warranty for the portable charger that comes with the new Ioniq 9.

Nice vehicle, but wish it went longer on charge for long trips. Minor interior issue where a bolt was not installed on the back seat center armrest causing it to fall off

Technical issues subtract from otherwise really nice vehicle

Software integration and RSPA2 issues kept a vehicle at the dealership for more than a month after purchase. During this time, I was also paying for gas and a loaner that was provided however, gas prices were climbing significantly. Hyundai motor America decided not to reimburse for the gas, which is an extreme disappointment. The experience with the malfunctions on the vehicle and continued issues with software integration are tainting and otherwise good experience with the vehicle itself. The vehicle drives fine and is very comfortable ride. It is relatively quiet and has a fair amount of power even given its size.

Wonderful but worrisome initial reliability

Love it so far that I have already had two warranty items in the first few months. This is my first time buying a Hyundai product. I'm concerned that I'm going to be shop frequently with this vehicle.

Drives better than expected, software needs improvement

Family of 5 and love the car, has all of the right features needed for road trips and daily commuting. Coming from multiple Tesla vehicles there are areas of improvement such as auto-door locking, auto-power off, staying in iPedal for one-foot driving, and auto-switching between profiles. Roads manners are great and drives better than expected for length, amazing turning radius! Getting a few “Check Vehicle Electrical System” alerts periodically which is concerning, but no other issues so far. Sun roof requires tall cross bars, preventing parking in any garages with cargo box installed.

Good car, but not great

From the first day, there is a sound when you back up that sounds like a squeaky shock, not all models equipped to tow, even though it’s an SUV, certain wires exposed under seats making it unsafe for small children and no spare provided and if you have to put regular air in the tires instead of the gas they fill them with, it throws the tire sensors off, but looks great, has a ton of seating space and drives like a minivan.
