Haven’t had it long

Purchased in January, cracked windshield, waited for a week til the correct windshield was available . Back at the dealership with faulty air flap waiting for parts to repair.

My Hyundai experience

We have been following the development of the second generation Palisade since late 2024 through Korean car blog and Korean car scene having had the chance to finally test drive and thoroughly go over the vehicle. It has exceeded my expectations. This was my first foreign vehicle purchase and I’m incredibly impressed by the value of the vehicle has presented our 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid is beyond everything we were expecting. Taylor Hyundai in Perrysburg Ohio has been absolutely amazing in our transition to first time Hyundai owners. I highly recommend this vehicle to anyone interested in a seven or eight passenger midsize SUV.

Great Riding Vehicle

Comfortable ride. Lots of helpful tech but some tweaks are needed on location and functionality. Estimated gas mileage was not observed on highway but did well in the city. Below 75 MPH the real gas mileage was between 26 and 28 MPG. The lane assist and eye tracker can be frustrating. My 2024 Palisade required less interaction and sometimes the eye tracker can generate excessive notifications when my eye have been on the road the entire time. Though minor, the camera activation button should be located closer to the driver.

I love this car!

I only had one issue with this vehicle and that is from the factory (according to the dealership) came with swirls all over the paint which I had to have buffed out at my expense for $200.00. It is unacceptable that this vehicle came this way and I was told that it happens sometimes. I should be reimbursed for this expense on a brand new car! I will file a complaint as time permits. Other than that I love this vehicle.

Still learning…

I have been pleased with the performance of my new vehicle, but still remain somewhat overwhelmed by the features! I have been underwhelmed by the distance between rows and space for car seats. I’m also very concerned about the power seat problem.

Technologically Amazing!

I am very impressed with our 2026 Hybrid AWD Calligraphy Palisade. It has more features than most like vehicles, even the luxury ones. Both my wife and I are excited to drive the vehicle every time we get into it...and there are no arguments over who is driving or passenger, because both get to enjoy the experience! As a driver, there is not much I have to do when in cruise control mode, except "touch" the steering wheel. The adaptive cruise control is intuitive and the other features are just overwhelming! We have really enjoyed the vehicle, and there is very little I can say that doesn't meet our expectations. This is our first Hyundai, and I may have just found a car brand I really like! Even the dogs approve!

Great car

Many great design and comfort features. Would like more control to preset the info screen to start on personally selected screen and believe every XM radio screen should display the artist and song name. Would also like better fuel mpg from the Hybrid (similar to Toyota Hylander.

Recall concerns

We have experienced a dangerous situation with the 2nd and 3rd row seats, they moved while in the down position and one of the seats moved forward until it pierced through an aerosol can of air sanitizer and and neither of us knew what happened until we went to retrieve a bag from out of the vehicle. This was very shocking and has us concerned!
