Had higher expectations, not value for money I paid.

See pros and cons below. Overall, I feel that I expected more for the money I paid. Expected better reliability and service. I had cars of other, more basic brands, that performed better. But I enjoy smooth and comfortable ride.

Great family SUV

I am extremely pleased with my 204 Hyundai Palisade. The SUV offered features that some luxury SUVs either didn't have or were priced more than $10k above what I paid for a new car. It is a great family car, good for commuting, and wonderful highway cruiser.

We also have a 2024 Honda CR-V and I yearn to get back into my Palisade every time I drive the Honda!

Love my Palisade, only issue is/was cosmetic

Palisade is a great vehicle, very sharp looking and a very smooth ride… I got the full package calligraphy Night Edition and the amenities are great! Only issue I have had is the Paint problem, already had fixed by Hyundai Warranty. Starting to come back again

Best and Safest Ride Ever

My Calligraphy is beautiful. The ride is superb. Every possible safety feature came with it. I wanted the Blue color. I will admit it was hard to find. Had to drive to a dealership 100 miles away. If I could change one thing it would be how deep the blue color is. Unless you are in perfect sunlight it appears black. Hyundai really needs better colors.

Recalls galore!

The vehicle drives smooth but there’s too many recalls. While most of them have been taken care of there’s one that affects the seatbelts in the middle row. Which is concerning because I have to car seats there.

The look, fit and finish is all good after 2 years. No warrenty issues. We did have 2 small recall items. I will purchase another Hyundai in the future.

Best vehicle for value!

For all of the features the Calligraphy trim has, you can’t get all of those options in comparable vehicles. This car runs beautifully and has had no engine problems. Yes, there has been a recall or two. But got those taken care of when servicing vehicle. Manufacturer tires wear quickly and replaced before 50k miles. But, I will buy another one!

This survey is stupid

Fit and finish good. Rode good. GPS database and upgrading database weak considering the vehicle has blue link. The electronic transmission is of questionable value. Shift from R to F, etc sometimes completes the shift sometimes not. Manual shifter like in the Kia Serento much better.
