2025 palisade

We love the new car and would definitely recommend it to others. A few things I would change is that the entertained ment system doesn’t ask you which user every time you start the car and the last screen you were on is what appears when you start the car. If you were last listening to the radio then the radio comes on the screen when you start the car. Also, I like to keep the recirculate air function on the climate control and it has to be turned on every time you start the car.

Why is seat position saving such a “high end” feature in 2025

For the trim level that is not base line - the XRT I feel should have included (along with the moonroof)seat user saving capabilities and functionality. Also the option to turn off the “get a cup of coffee” alert.

We bought 2 new Palisades. A Limited and an SEL. Have less than 2,000 on 1 and less than a 1,000 miles on the other. so far we love both.

Could be a 5 Star

Overall I am enjoy the vehicle. It is attractive and smooth on the road. It handles nicely and has some great creature comforts like seat coolers even for the second row. I wish it was better on gas mileage. My biggest issue is that it rattles constantly. My 12 year old car did not rattle at all. The seats shake regardless of position of being up or down for cargo. Lastly, the Apple car play is not Bluetooth as expected.

Great….but

Everything is great about the car with the exception of wireless Apple CarPlay, and the fact that the side mirrors have to be inverted manually. The mirrors are more annoying than anything. Even if there was a button to close them when you’re going through a car wash or when you park. Rather we have to get out and manually do it ourselves. Seems trivial, but when you pay this much money for a vehicle, it’s kind of annoying.

One small glitch

Rides great and very comfortable, the only complaint is that sometimes the keyless entry leaves you hanging and you must fish out the key fob to unlock the door

Door dome light on driver side has a smudge on the inside of the plastic lens and the rubber strip along the outside of the door peeled off.

Value that cannot be beat!

This car has so many features that something with similar specifications would have a $20k markup. Features include a heads-up display, heated and cooled front and second-row seats, heated third-row seats, lane centering, and a super adaptable navigation system. Also, I cannot forget the massage driver seat, AWD, three-section climate control, and Wi-Fi. With 19k on the odometer, I have not experienced any bad issues besides the cupholders getting sticky. This vehicle is truly exceptional.
