Great car, but a few things have needed to be fixed in the first year

We have really enjoyed the car. Technology is great! ride is smooth. Space is good in all seats… and all at a good price. That being said, there have been some items we needed to get resolved and fixed in the first year that were frustrating… 1) the ABS was acting weird when braking over a bump. 2) the phone connector to the CarPlay keeps cutting in and out. 3) the back seat is deemed unsafe and needs resolution. 4) the emissions need to be fixed based on a recall.

Moderate satisfaction.

First time Hyundai owner and wouldn’t buy another. Too many unknowns when I bought the car. BlueLink didn’t work for first 3 months. So many other little things. Paint already chipping off front of vehicle only 5 months in with low mileage.

We sold the vehicle back to Hyundai under the Ohio Lemon Law.

It failed at 1200 miles and was never fixed. It sat at the dealership for 7 months.

My 2025 Palisade Calligraphy

Very comfortable vehicle, allows very good visibility in all directions, the surround camera is an added bonus. Interior passenger room and rear storage area are perfect for my use. Only down sides are could use more power for acceleration onto expressways, cruise control adaptive system is overly sensitive, and a vehicle of this size and overall quality should have power folding side mirrors.

I love my car. I named her Ms. Saddie!

I'm still learning my car because there is so much to to learn. I haven't had a new car in 19 years. My last car I purchased brand new in 2005 when I received my Master's degree. It was a present to myself! I loved my Acura MDX and it was my first SUV. I said that I can't return to sedan cars. I love SUVs!
