Pretty good. Not perfect

Presumably, most people that buy this car have kids. It’s always a struggle to get the kids in the car. You should be able to lock in the unlock the car using all four door handles instead of just the front two. Also, there’s a design flaw with the front interior door handles. I’m constantly pinching the side of my skin when I open the door. I’ve never had this happen with another car. Lastly, every other car I’ve had has an option that when you’re driving it, the doors are locked and when you put it in park or when you turn it off, the door is unlocked. There’s some glitch in the system where you have to pick one or the other. So if I have it set to unlock when I turn off the car, but I’m in the pick up line and just have the car in park, then the doors don’t unlock. However, if you pick having the doors unlock in park, then they are locked when I turn the car off. I really don’t understand it, but I’ve never had this issue with another car before and it’s incredibly frustrating. Lastly, your sales associates have to stop telling people that they can lock and unlock their car using the Phone app. One time I didn’t bring my keys with me and I had very good cell signal and the app would not unlock the car even after I called Hyundai service. I had to take a very expensive Uber home to get my keys.

Good car so far.

So far so good. Mileage is better than our 2017 Santa Fe. Comfort level is great. Noise level excellent. Driver assist features are helpful once you get to know them and their functions.

Great car cheap paint

I love the car overall. Drives great, like the interior and exterior and all the features. Only issue I have is the paint on the front grill is already coming off after having it for like 1 month. Dealer won't contact me back about fixing it either.

Unusable third row due to recalls

The Palisade has two very serious recalls in regard to third row which makes it unsafe to have passengers in the third row. Greatly impacts the usability of the space and diminishing the benefit of having such space.

Overall, a nice vehicle.

This is our second Palisade. The car wants to drive on its own, when you have cruise control on. This makes it quite not as enjoyable, because you are constantly feeling the steering wheel. We have the nice edition, the front black grill chips way too easy. Especially when none of the rest of the vehicle does. Our last one, was not the night edition, but the grill did not chip at all, much better paint.

Car rides good runs great on service at Myrtle Beach Hyundai . Been in for two services at dealer and still can't get recalls fix due to not having parts.

I love my Palisade, but...

My Palisade is wonderful. To date (two months in), the only issue is the windshield got a small rock chip. Just an accident, no big. Was going to get it filled the next day before it started running. Got in it four hours later to drive home and the run was about 8 inches long. It's now approximately 18-20 inches. Read online that this is a definite weakness. Will not replace with Hyundai glass. Other than that, I LOVE MY PALISADE!

Luxurious,Spacious SUV

I love the Palisade. I am comfortable as a driver and a passenger. The vehicle is roomy, not making me feel cramped on long trips. The features are fantastic. Heated seats, heated Steering Wheel for cold weather. The cabin is very quiet. You do not hear any outside noise. I love the storage in the vehicle. Lots of space for cupholders no matter where you are sitting. There is lots of storage in the back with the 3rd row folded, which folds completely down flat.
