Sweet ride

Absolutely love our Palisades. It’s really better than I expected. We have had 4 Santa Fe SUV’s and loved them but the Palisades is amazing.

Luxury for Less

You cannot beat the features on my Calligraphy Night for the price. I enjoy the smooth, quiet, ride and the get up and go! The Palisade is a big step up from the Tuscon I was driving before. If I were to nit pick my one complaint would be the exterior "touch lock" which is hit or miss.

Check engine after 2 months

After driving for only a few weeks, before the first oil change I ALREADY have to get it serviced for a shifter malfunction, powertrain check engine malfunction, the power seat won't go backwards...shall I continue? This is embarrassing...I got the highest trim level and I feel like I am driving a lemmon.

Smooth quiet ride. Great fuel mileage and power.

Smoother and quieter ride compared to our last 3 SUV’s. Only issue is that we can’t get homelink to connect to our new Genie garage door opener.

Great except for the recall.

I bought this as a commercial vehicle and now it's just a multi-ton paperweight. I can't use it while the recall is in effect.

Our First Hyundai

Compared to similar SUVs the Palisade had the most interior room. It also has a 6-cylinder engine while the competitors opted to go with turbo-charged 4-cylinder engines. So far (after 3 months of driving), I'm very happy with my choice. My rating for reliability is artificially low as it is too soon to evaluate.

New Car

There are a lot of things I like, but I'm not happy about the adaptive cruise and when it's in cruise, it gets jerky to get to the correct speed, when the speed gets too fast, it's almost like someone steps on the brakes, and when it's slower, you feel it lurch to catch up

Too much tech

Rides nice, quiet and comfortable. Just a few down sides. All this start/stop, lane keeping, cruise speed control….feels like I’m constantly fighting for control! This is not a comfortable feeling.

Terrible noise at 1 month old!

We purched our Calligraphy model Palisade on 7/27/25. About a month in there was a low noise grind on acceleration. After 2-3 wks the noise got louder and more often. We took it into Temecula Hyundai 9/23/25. After a week I needed my car back for out of town family for the weekend so we picked it up 10/1/25. The service department has no idea what is causing it and says they have been working with Hyundai. We returned the car back to service 10/7/25. We are frustrated that no one knows how to fix the problem and when we call Temecula Hyundai we do not get calls or texts returned. My husband evenn left a message for the GM with no response. He had to physically drive down there to speak with someone.

Really nice car, I'm enjoying it!

I love my car and all the bells and whistles! I wish it had a little better gas mileage. I guess I'm just used to my smaller suv! Love all the convenience factors! Beautiful body style and robust emerald color is gorgeous!
