Too many service issues

After at least 6 visits to 3 different dealers, they have yet to fix a censor issue causing issues with changes while driving in different altitudes.

Very satisfied but worried

Palisade has been flawless for 16,000 miles. I am worried about the potential for excessive oil consumption, engine failure, and peeling white paint. Fingers crossed for the next 10 years.

Having Issues

My cars electrical system has a glitch or something where I will be idling and the car shifts into park (on its own) and multiple lights come on the dashboard (check engine, check oil, low tire, etc). I can’t do anything except touch the on/off button and the car refreshes itself and I can tjen shift gears again. I have taken it into the dealership multiple times and they can never “recreate” the problem and no history of codes show up, so there is other can do.

Safety Technology Flawed and They Win't Fix

Standard speed control is NOT available. You only have speed control that automatically slows down. Which it sometimes does when passing causing it to hit the brakes during passing, a MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD. The collision control also randomly tries to stop the vehicle when nothing is around. If a vehicle was behind you when it randomly slams on the brakes you will be hit. Another MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD. No fix exists and NO ONE seems to care.

Great SUV. Really impressed.

With AWD and either 3rd row seating or with seats folded there is tons of space for almost any use. And the tow package too. It's a vehicle that's a real limo or a work house, so versatile.

Palisade 2025

I have had car about 20 months now. Like the car alot. Plenty of room and nice up to date features.Generally happy with the car. One issue I had about 4 months in is that the chrome plated door handles on the outside starting coming off. I mentioned this when I took it in for my 1st maintenance and was told they wouldn't do anything about it and I would have to pay to have new handles put on both sides. I was floored that after the short time I owned the car that this was so cheaply made and they wouldn't address it. Why would I pay to have new handles put on if they were just going to do the same thing in a few months. Was ticked off about that. I have owned 2 other Hyundai's for 5 yrs each and never had that issue so I guess now they are just making things more cheaply. Disappointing.

The Palisade is great

The 2025 Palisade is great. I love the styling, It's very comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. The features are great, and as the former owner of Cadillac, Lincoln, and Mercedes-Benz automobiles, I am very, very impressed with the Palisade and with Hyundai. My Palisade is solid, comfortable, reliable, and great on the road. I'm very pleased with it.
