SAFE AND COMFORTABLE

We bought a 2021 Palisade brand new and two years later, we were rear-ended at 70 miles an hour during a rainy day when traffic was slowing to a stop. The impact pushed us into the median and we rolled over once and landed on the driver side of the Palisade. All the safety devices worked! All the air bags deployed, side, front, and seat. So, it was a no brainer that when it came time to buy new again, we chose the 2025 Hyundai Palisade.

A really good SUV for the price

I was hoping to get out of a bad trade I made 2 years before I purchase my Palisade. I was looking at the Palisade for months before I finally decided to buy it. I’m very satisfied with the quality and price I paid. I wholeheartedly recommend this vehicle.

Enjoying my ride

Great vehicle. I’m enjoying it so far. The only issue I have is some problems with Apple Car Play. Sometimes it doesn’t want to play right. Could be a problem on my end. It is frustrating though.

Regret purchase

Transmission gave out after having it for only 3 weeks. Left me stranded and had to be towed to a service facility. Horrible communication from Hyundai facility.

Good vehicle

Mostly pleased. There are quirks that to me need to be addressed. The car really weaves left to right when using Lane Driving Assist. Also almost had a big accident when backing out of parking space onto 4 lane road. A car going the opposite direction triggered the sensor that something was behind me and locked up the auto brakes. I panicked! Changing channels on radio is tough on touch screen.when driving. Cell phone charger is great to have but the location is poor. Especially if using car play. Auto headlight bright control needs to just be on all the time rather than turning on every time you get in car. Same thing for gas saver engine kill. Remove this function. AC does not run on high to cool down car when hot.
