Recalls are a nightmare

We’ve had multiple recalls most of which they tell us they don’t have parts for. Just today my wife spent over an hour on the phone with the dealership with NO success. One person she talked to said if they fixed the problem they could not guarantee it wouldn’t cause a problem!! My wife asked to talk to the general manager, they said she could not talk to him but could talk to the assistant general manager - Matt Cougswell. She left a message but no call back.

Auto Dim screens

I am not happy with the auto dim feature on the information screen and the odometer screen it flashes from bright to dark when ever you drive in a shaded area. This feature has no adjustment to turn off this feature. It seems that the sensors are very sensitive to the lighting that is coming in to the car. If there is a way to turn off this feature that would be very helpful so the screen lights are not going from bright to dark very annoying feature.

2025 Hyundai palisade

Not as spacious as we needed. Small trunk space. Weird vinegar smell that keeps coking through my vent system. Car play / screen doesn’t always work. Seatbelt re calls

Operation

The collision warning starts the braking process when in a sharp curve. This happens often. The cruse control increase/decrease button is too small for male finger to push up or down without looking at what you’re doing. Can hear alot of road noise, more than other cars i have driven. Overall the Palisade is well built and very good quality, with excellent warranty.

2025 Palisade SEL.

Great vehicle. Only concern, slow get up and go, kind of a boggy feeling when starting offf. After that runs fine.

My 2025 Palisade

Overall seem quality built has had a dew to many recalls for my liking but hasn't given us any issues to this point. I like some of the creature features like heated and cooled seat the safety features are also nice.

Love my Palisade

Love my 2025 Palasade! I love the HUD on the car. I love that it has all the bells and whistles that one could want in a car. It’s been reliable and it’s been easy to keep up the the required maintenance. Would purchase again.

I like the Palisade very much; but

This Palisade is nice in town and open road, which most of the driving is done, open road. The items that I think can help are color some of the control switches and buttons, helps in daytime driving to see what, is what, like was done on my 2012 Sante Fe. I have to look down and try to figure what item I want to do, if colored makes quicker and easy to identify. To tell your paint crew they miss spots or not enough paint and clear in areas that can be seen when the items opened, hood and rear hatch. This item to me is very important being your company name is on the lot "THE DEALERSHIPS". I have taken my vehicle in the 2012 Sante Fe and Palisade and I told them trust very important to me. I can tell you, the reader of this what was not done right on the 2012 but will stay on the topic of this Palisade, front windshield was defective at brand new and some other items too (scary to drive a vehicle with a defective front windshield). The person who put the glass in did he do it right, have glue at a corner of trim lower pallor (why?), bring it in for the service that I prepaid for, did he really do what is to be done. Small items that can help the build, the plastic nuts do not stay tight in many places, fenders, back corner rear and front.

Pali Cali

The Hyundai Palisade is my first new foreign car i have owned BUICK,FORD,,LINCOLN,CHEVY and CADILLAC .I was apprehenive but after a year and 1/2 I am pleased with the comfort and gas mileage .Hyundai has a very good warranty and the only problems I have experienced were the recalls which have all been addressed I'm a low mileage driver but I took a 1500 mile trip which I enjoyed approximately 26 miles to the gallon which was highway and local driving. The only features I miss are the drivers side entrance handle and power adjust steering wheel
