Not my favorite

While I like the way the pallisade looks and how many people it can fit, there are some things I do not like. I do not like not having a shifter stick to change from drive to park, etc. Not a big fan of the button system. Additionally, I have had an issue with high rpms while parked and at stop signs. The vehicle stays at 2-1.5 rpms and lunges forward when at a stop sign. I have taken it in to the dealership and spent hours there only to be turned away because they can not replicate the problem. The dealership says they cannot get paid by Hyundai if they can't replicate the issue. It's unsafe. Hoping Hyundai Corporate will help me but it takes time to make all the calls to get the ball rolling. We will see if this is a vehicle that lasts as long as my Kia did. Not a good start.

Enjoying the palisade. Good size for a lot of needs. Upscale interior. One problem with front monitoring system that was costly. Not very easy to get recall needs taken care of in over a year still not completed

This vehicle has almost every option avaialbale. The only thing missing on my model is rear view mirror with gate opener options.

Annoying

Can’t you make a car that only needs an oil change every 15,000 miles or once a year? It is very annoying to keep running back-and-forth to the dealer or anywhere for an oil change.

2025 Palisade still makes a lot of sense

I’d recommend the Hyundai Palisade because it gives you a lot of comfort, space, and features for the money. The ride is smooth and quiet, the interior feels much more premium than you’d expect, and the layout works well for real family use — especially the easy second-row access, captain’s chairs, and usable cargo space. The V6 is smooth, the tech is easy to live with, and the Calligraphy/Night Edition gives it a sharp, upscale look without having to pay Genesis/Lexus money. For us, it made sense because it is comfortable, capable, easier for our handicapped daughter to get in and out of than the LR4, and still feels special enough that it doesn’t feel like we settled.

Pleased with our purchase

We traded a 2020 Santa Fe for the 2025 Palisade. Other than a problem with the driver seat right after purchase this has been a comfortable, trouble free car.

Electronic issues

The safety warning system goes off without warning. Showing several different warnings. Service fixed it but it does it less but still does it on occasion. Very annoying!
