Recalls

This is my second palisade. I got It be said the interest rate was 0% . I’ve been waiting a year for safety recalls to be fixed. I’ve called, so many times I lost Count. I contacted Corporate with false promises. I use My car daily to transport my family and everyday I am Worried with these recalls to even drive this car.

Imaad's Hyundai Palisade

extremely pathetic vehicle. really disappointed and regret buying this car. Bought this car because it was on 0% APR but the car has some serious design flaws and some or the other issues come up every now and then. The car doesn't have a physical child lock and the electronic child lock failed many times which was very scary and dangerous especially with kids in the rear seat. The process to turn on the rear AC/heat is a 3 step process and its very painful. I enquired with the dealership and I was told that's the way it has been designed which is very awful. Eev though the car is 6 cyclinder when I use the remote start or the app to heat it in winter it doesn't work and the car doesn't heat unless I drive it for certain miles and after that it starts heating slowly. The infotainment system goes blank from time to time. Not to mention the endless recalls on the vehicle its like every other month there is a recall on the vehicle.

Would tell others to watch out for.........

Front Grill peeling - Hyundai won't cover Passenger window - gave video of crazy noise, but won't cover it until they hear it themselves. Must be windy and on the highway, so that will never be repaired.

I am a senior person who has a disability that limits me physically, therefore, I have to use a walker and scooter to get around. 2025 Hyundai Palisade is easy for me to get-in and out, also the rear cargo area has plenty of room to carry my walker, scooter, and luggage if traveling. The safety options of computer monitoring while driving are excellent thought out to protect the driver from driving errors of self or others, also airbags all around makes my wife and me feel safe. We have had no machinal problems and the warranty and service agreement is the best. I highly recommend Hyundai cars.

2025 Palisade had 5 Star potential

The 2025 Palisade combines that highly sought-after combination of sophisticated styling, ride quality, and mechanical reliability at a price that is extremely competitive. What impressed me most was how Hyundai delivered premium craftsmanship without the premium price tag—this vehicle genuinely feels like it punches above its weight class. However, there are a few thoughtful additions that would have elevated my experience from very good to exceptional. First, the interior color palette is limited. While the available options are tasteful, offering more choices would allow buyers to better personalize their cabin and match individual preferences. Second, automatic folding mirrors should be standard on the higher trim levels—it's a convenience feature that's increasingly common in this segment and would make parking in tight spaces noticeably easier. Third, and perhaps most notably, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity on the upper trims feels like an oversight. In 2025, wireless smartphone integration has become an expected feature at this price point, and its absence is a genuine disconnect from competitor offerings. These omissions aren't deal-breakers, but they represent missed opportunities for Hyundai to push the Palisade from a strong value proposition into the "best-in-class" territory. With these additions, I would confidently give this vehicle a 5-star rating.
