I love the vehicle overall. I bought it brand new but have experienced many issues that require service. This issues included dash camera, seat leg rest, and air flow flap.

We love the Palisade, but having bought the Calligraphy edition, the only thing missing is front passenger massaging seat.

Love the car / not too happy with service model

Loving the car but we have already had a check engine issue. It took over 2 weeks to get it in to be checked and they kept it for over week. There was no compensation or indication that cared at all about the fact I had a check engine light on while driving the vehicle for over 2 weeks or that they left me with no transportation for over a week. If I didn't work from home and had to rent a car - this warranty issue could have easily ended up costing me $1000 or more.

This is my second Palisade love it

My 2026 I have only one gripe. The front powered vent flaps and suronding area doesn't get clean in a car wash because they are open when engine is running.
