The Pallisade has one of the smoothest rides I have ever driven. And plenty of driver leg room, even for a 6'3" person like me. Highly recommend!!

Very comfortable and luxurious. The interior is gorgeous.

Lacks power compared to the previous engine. Too complicated for a 60 year old man. Exterior colors are limited. Had issue with the battery. No problem afterwards.

Amazing vehicle

This is my third palisade. The first one was a 2020 premium SEL, second a 2023 limited, and now a 26 calligraphy. Literally anything I could have thought of to improve the limited this vehicle has. The only thing that takes time getting use to is the 2nd row power captains and getting people out from the back. Everything else is fantastic. I have onset teenagers and they all got comfortable in the back and love the chauffeur assistant side buttons on the passenger seat. As well as the reclining passenger seat. It's nice to also have driver seat with massaging seat.

Definetly feels like a luxury vehicle

What a great step up…from the feel of the interior, the look of the exterior, and the smoothness and feel of the drive! Definitely feels like and drives like a luxury car for a price point you can’t beat!

Car never starts

I’ve owned it less that 3 months and it’s been in the shop over 30 days at it’s completely dead in the morning. They are on the 3rd attempt to fix it.

Nice Ride!

I am so happy with my Palisade. I love to drive it and it rides so good even on our country roads. With this winter cold spells I am very pleased with the heat system. I love the Bluelink app for starting in different climate modes. The seats are so comfortable and enjoy the message settings when driving distances. There are so many different options that I haven't figured them all out but I love this car!

Safe, well equipped family hauler

The Hyundai Palisade is comfortable, roomy, and has an abundance of safety features. The performance is unremarkable but should be adequate for most of its intended market. The only problem I’ve had is the battery will die unless the vehicle is used regularly. This has happened three times in three months. Technicians could find no parasitic battery drains and could only suggest driving more.

Drivers assistance module and cameras and sensors all failed and dealership cannot repair. 26 days in service, 39 days at my home since purchase.

Unsafe Vehicle & Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a brand-new Hyundai Palisade, and within the first month of owning it, the car died at a stoplight. I was stuck in traffic with my 1-month-old daughter inside the vehicle. This was not only terrifying, but completely unacceptable for a new car that is supposed to be reliable and family-safe. When we brought the car to Hyundai for help, we were essentially brushed off. We were told that because the car was already sold, they couldn’t help us. No urgency, no accountability, no concern for the fact that this was a safety issue involving an infant. On top of that, my experience with Hyundai’s administrative and customer service teams has been a nightmare. I needed to transfer my title from California to Pennsylvania, and I was repeatedly lied to by Hyundai agents about where the title was sent. I had to chase them down for THREE MONTHS just to get my title sent to the correct address. This caused unnecessary stress, delays, and endless follow-ups on my end for something that should have been straightforward. Between the unsafe vehicle failure, the lack of support, and the dishonest and incompetent handling of my title, this has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Additionally, I had 2 recalls on my vehicle and did not find out till calling in-they did not care to email or call for this update that regarded seatbelts. I do not trust this vehicle, and I do not trust Hyundai as a company. I would never recommend this car or this provider to anyone—especially families.
