Great car

Had trucks my whole life and this is the first car I have bought, love it. Performs well, smart looking with decent mileage for its size and weight. Luxurious ride and amenities. Shop around as dealer experience will vary dramatically. We bought two Palisades from different dealers, one gas and one hybrid, the dealer experience was completely different as was the pricing.

Great family car

This car is amazing and handles our family really well. Some issues that need to be fixed would be the door unlock feature from the handle and the seats in the back being not as user friendly.

Too pricey

Decent vehicle but too pricey and no speed with a extremely low tow rate package, I'm considering already that I need to go back to a truck because I want to be able to tow a camper

Almost perfect

A dream to drive as long as not using cruise control. I don't have a choice to turn off the "smart" version of cruise control to use straight cruise control. "Auto Stop" luckily can be turned off, but would be great if it could be set to remember the setting so I don't have to remember to turn it off every time I start the engine. I want to drive the car. I don't want the car driving me.

My dream car

I am very pleased with my new Hyundai calligraphy. it was between a Hyundai and Telluride. I decided to go with the Hyundai this time because of its high rating with Edmunds. also, I like the technology and the safety features. I also like the fact that the interior is real leather and not synthetic. I can’t think of anything I dislike about this car other than the fact that it’s smarter than me! Every day I find out something new this car knows how to do.

this vehicle replaces the 2020 model I owned. most things work the same but some changes are good and some not good. the start/stop button and the shifting are not comfortable to use since they are poorly placed. the safety and convenience features are good

Great when I can drive it

Wonderful interior, all the amenities make it feel luxurious. It has been in the shop twice in less than 4 months for multiple issues, check engine light etc.

My Take

At the moment I am not pleased at all, I usually like doing the surveys after I have had the vehicle 6 months but since I have had issues, I am doing it now. First issue, the Active Air Flow system wasn't working properly, took to the shop, parts were ordered, went to have parts put on February 27th only to be told those were already recalled and had to be reordered. Went back the next week and parts were installed. 2nd issue occurred on Monday May, 4th, went back to shop to find out that there was some kind of software glitch. Was advised a tech would have to come out to fix, so just before having the vehicle three months and not even 1100 miles on it and it is still at Hyundai in Jasper and have not heard anything yet. To add insult to injury I was loaned a Kona nowhere near the size of my purchased vehicle so needless to say I am not happy and my wife certainly isn't since she drives it.

Like the vehicle but there are a few things that could be improved. The area where you start the heated seats, recycle air, or turn on the AC is sometimes difficult to see because of glare when it is sunny outside.
