Engine misfired and my vehicle has less than 5000 miles.

I’m paying for a car I don’t have. It misfired and is in the shop. I don’t know if I will even get it back but at this rate I don’t want it back. Let me get out of my lease and cut my losses

My 2026 Palisade

I like the looks of my 2026 Palisade colors etc, but I have one problem that causes the battery to drain completely down and not start. It has happened twice and I have another appointment to have it checked out.

The Palisade experience

It feels like and looks rich. But it's affordable. Love the ride and comfort with all of it's room. The only thing I would add is a power passenger seat.

Best value for the money in it’s class

The value you get in this car is amazing. Most competitors in this same size category are 5,000 to 10,000 more. The car looks amazing and is super comfortable to drive. If you are in the market for this size car, you would be doing yourself a favor to test drive one of these.

Electronics are a nightmare and annoying.

Its a nice vehicle. It rides well, has little road noise. It's heavier than i realized which makes it lean pretty hard in curves and the acceleration is sluggish at best.

Great vehicle with a few misses

I love the vehicle. It has some great tech, but it misses the mark on some features. 1. Parking sensors- In my last few vehicles, the parking camera and 3D view would come on as soon as it sensed that I was parking. This car's cameras only turn on when it senses I'm very close to something. In other words, it waits until I'm getting ready to hit something. I can't tell if I'm within the parking lines. If I want to see the camera, I have to reach across the dash to hit the camera button. Probably the worst place to put a button that I need to hit while parking a car. 2. Every car I've owned for the past decade has walk-away door locks, except this one. It unlocks when I get close, but it won't lock when I walk away? 3. Easy entry. As a tall person 6' 3" I have the seat back pretty far. When I open the door, the seat doesn't move, and the steering wheel won't move because it is manual. Very hard to get in and out for such a large vehicle. 4. That manual steering wheel adjustment. Really? Pallisade Calligraphy has manual steering wheel adjustments. Makes getting in and out very hard for tall people because the seat doesn't move. 5. Phone charger. My phone gets so hot while charging that my phone actually shuts off in order to cool itself. 6. The slowest car I've ever owned. I cannot believe how slow this car is. You punch it, and it does nothing. Other than those items, the car is very comfortable on long rides.

Highly disappointed

I was so excited and happy when I drove my brand new beautiful black 2026 Palisade from the dealership. But after 4,624 miles I started having some serious issues with the transmission. Thank God I was able to make it home safely. I called the service help line before leaving the store parking lot, and they were very helpful and I got to say they gave me excellent customer care. They told me to take the car in to the Hyundai service department the next morning because it was too late in the evening and they were closed. My Palisade Shift Solenoid Valve had to be replaced. And they kept my car for 7 days. This should not have happened to my brand new Palisade that cost well over $42,000. I was highly disappointed, hurt, upset, and I cried a river.
