Bad Purchase

Don't like how it rides. The brakes scrubs when you hit a hump in the road. The dashboard is too far back in the console. no garage door opener. When I turn off the air it still be blowing. The wireless charger does not work.

Make site you review everything before you buy but you will still miss

Vehicle is comfortable but god forbids you have to go to the dealership for anything, you can’t reach anyone over the phone and overall customer service is challenging, you always need to talk to another department. The windshield is of poor quality and scratches appears in less than a month of use even with not much rain/use. Not sure if it already came like this from sitting at dealership patio or if it’s just poor quality itself. The windshield also have a lot of glare from the speed projector. Driver assistance sensors can be all over the place at times, specially during traffic jams. Driver and passenger windows by design also get inherently dirty/marked because of contacting the rubber gaskets. While driving you may experience some sort of reverberation sound even with windows being up, not sure if from rear view mirrors or overall car design. Highlight, it has the space we were looking for.

An almost perfect car

This SUV has the styling, interior features, and value for the money more so than any other SUV in the market. However, gas mileage and some electronic issues are very annoying. The digital key has issues and messes up communication with the key fob, causing issues cranking up the vehicle and opening the doors from time to time. I love the direction that Hyundai is going, however, getting just 300 miles on a full tank of gas with this vehicle in today's world is really a pain. The hybrid versions and electric will be the way to go with my future purchases for sure.

Great family car

I absolutely love my Hyundai Palisade! It’s a great vehicle with so much room, plenty of great features, and it handles beautifully. Overall, it’s comfortable, spacious, and has been a great family vehicle. Unfortunately, I did have one very disappointing issue. Within the first month of getting the car, one of the seatbelts completely fell apart in my child’s hands after only being used three times. There was no accident, misuse, or physical damage—it simply came apart. What made the situation even more frustrating was Hyundai’s response. They tried to claim that the seatbelt had been physically damaged, when that simply was not the case. For a brand-new vehicle, I expected the seatbelt to be safe and durable, especially when it had barely been used. I still love the Palisade itself, but I was extremely disappointed with how Hyundai handled what I believe was clearly a product failure.

Only had it a little over a month.

I'll start by saying the Hyundai Consumer Affairs is looking into my problems. They are supposed to call me back today with a status. Half the day is gone and haven't heard anything, but we'll see. Had vehicle about a month and when accelerating, like when entering an interstate, the vehicle would stall, buck violently and all the dash lights came on. Dealership has had it almost a month at the end of this week and apparently not identified what the issue is or how to fix it. I did get a loaner after the first week, but I am paying on a Palisade Calligraphy and am driving an Elantra. This is my third brand new Palisade I have purchased and other than minor recalls or issues have been very pleased with the first two. This third one is the first time I have had a major issue that makes me think I may have made a mistake. But, like I said, it has been elevated to consumer affairs so I am patiently waiting on what the resolution is.

Terrible info center. Not user friendly at all

Apple car play is not user friendly like in pilot. The Whole info center is terrible. The cup holder in front side doors holds NOTHING! No cups can fit. Waste of space and sadly not usable for driver or passenger
