Some interiors are cheaply made

Few things are poorly made for the value. The volume knobs are piece of junk with poor material used in making them.

Luxury without the excessive cost

This car is every thing I expected after having a 2024 Calligraphy. However, the improvements have elevated it to a new level. The seats, the dash cam, the quiet ride, and more have made this a great car.

Very Happy Driver

I recently purchase my new Palisades Calligraphy, is an amazing car, technology is outstanding, gas expense is great and what more can I say, the car is perfect for the family, runs smooth and is very comfortable. Safety was my priority and this car has all of what everyone needs to be safe in the road.

Ends at good looks

Underpowered V6 for vehicle size and weight, constant vehicle disabling over-the-the-air updates, poor paint quality. Upfront cabin console layout is very odd and useless.

700 miles drivetrain vibration 7000 mls only firing 4 of 6 spark plugs

Wow-didn't expect to have my engine light on at 700 miles and the car shaking like crazy in back. Then at 7000 miles started idling very rough, losing power when i started off, shaking again and i was told at the dealer its only firing on 4 of 6 spark plugs. This left me stranded on a way to an appointment.

Disappointments regarding the vehicle

Overall, I have a positive impression of the vehicle. However, considering the price point, there are some disappointing aspects. It doesn't seem to be a lack of technical capability, but rather a lack of attention to detail. For instance, the fact that the side mirrors don't fold in when parking and the absence of a built-in garage door opener are disappointing and hard to understand. These small details give the impression of driving a cheap car. Why did they design it this way?

Best Car I've Owned

I wanted an SUV that drove more like a car (smooth, easy steering and maneuvering, etc.) and was loaded with technology. I was originally considering several luxury SUVs but then the Palisade was beyond what most of the luxury brands offered. It looks and feels luxury, and I love to drive it.

Less than 5000 miles on our 2026 palisade and it's in the shop. 3 trips and 30+ days later and no body know what's wrong or when it will be fixed.

There is more legroom in the second row than the first.. If I could find seat rail extensions I would put them in. Didnt realize it during test ride

Nice car but doesn’t go far

It’s a very nice car and I’ve enjoyed it quite a bit but at the end of the day, the gas mileage on this thing is horrific. It’s not even close to what the sticker said and I would tell everybody that I’m pretty light foot actually very Lightfoot compared to most people I know and normally get better gas mileage and enjoy the people I know for the same automobile. This car does not get remotely close to what it says on the sticker . The only time it remotely gets close to it is if I’m on the interstate it gets close to the highway mileage that was reported.
