Almost completely satisfied

Generally the car is great. The manuals leave a lot to be desired, no spare tire and NO backseat foot space also no connection for a garage door opener

Needs better software for features control

Standard features found on other brands missing. I. e., garage door opener buttons, auto lock after leaving car for “n” seconds, etc.

Disappointing vehicle

This vehicle is not dependable. At six month, there was a major problem that took over a month to repair The gas mileage is much lower than I expected.

My 2025 Sonata Hybrid

This is my 3rd Sonata. I was very pleased with my first two Sonatas and that is why I chose another Sonata with this one being a hybrid. I’ve only had it a few months, but so far, I’m pleased with it as well.

Designers apparently don't drive the car!!!!

Console is unreadable in sunny weather! Too much glare inside car near front window! Locking door from outside is almost impossible in the dark because the button is not discernable! I own a 2017 Azera and I am baffled as to why the outside mirror controls are different. Why is the air conditioner and heating system different than the Azera? You cant regulate the system without looking at the console and not the road! I have already expressed my opinions on previous reviews and never heard back.

Great styling, tech and fuel economy, but no fun to drive.

After my 2021 Sonata Limited was totaled in a wreck I decided to upgrade to a 2025 and opt for the hybrid because of how much I drive. Almost 3,000 miles in and I am averaging 43 mpg in a lot of rush hour traffic. That’s great! The car looks great and has all the amenities you could want including heated/ventilated front seats, panoramic roof, heads up display and a beautiful infotainment display that is (mostly) easy to navigate. The proximity alarms telling you how close you are to things are a little intrusive and can’t be adjusted as far as I can tell. The worst part about this car is how it drives. I knew it wasn’t going to be a burner off the line when I bought it (something I was willing to sacrifice for great gas mileage), but I didn’t expect it to handle so poorly going around corners or the transmission to struggle going between electric and gas motors. It handles fine in straight line, but the suspension is so soft going around bends on Route 6 from Portland to Tillamook Oregon was actually scary. I thought I was getting an upgraded version of my 2021 Sonata, which I loved, and in a lot ways I did. I’m am just really disappointed with the handling. I’m not looking for G70 levels of fun, but my 2021 was more fun to drive than this.

Gas Saver

2025 Hyundai Sonata limited hybrid is definitely the car for me. I have a short commute and one gas tank will last about a month. So far no issues with the car. Best car I've ever owned.

Nice ride but "Smart" sysstems need work

Safety notices and vehicle control are not able to be seperated. Its all on or all off. You cannot sepetrate out the pedestrian warming from the auto braking systems. That is, I want the warning, I can break myself, so don't want the vehicle control suddenly stopping the car spilling my coffee when I'm in a busy parking lot.

For the most part the vehicle is nice.

The settings are quite confusing. The vehicle seems to have acceleration issues going up hills and the speed is reduced regardless of pressure on accelerator.

Quiet efficient luxury car

Many safety features with quiet luxury and fuel economy. This car has amazing power if you need it but great fuel savings if you gently drive it using the battery for power. Battery stays charged nicely with paddles to charge it more when needed. Nice to be able to have the power to decide how efficient you want your gas mileage to be.
