Accident

My Hyundai venue 2025 got into a rear end collision at 30 miles an hour and totaled the vehicle. The unit body in the rear of the vehicle separated. No airbags were deployed. All wiring was severed and the vehicle remaining totaled.

Disappointed w customer service

I love the car, but I lost out on my last free maintenance service and even though it's my mistake combined with the dealerships mistake not reminding me when I was in the shop a few times just before it expired, I felt it Hyundai should have done the right thing and offered me a compensation of free comp for that service lost. I do ubering part-time and people always asking me about the card you really expect me to give a good review after being treated like this.

Happy with my 2015 Venue
