Great customer service and fantastic work! They communicated efficiently and provided full inspection
so you are aware of what needs to be or soon to b done. Not only providing videos/pictures but explaining why and what needs to be done. Unlike some places they just hand an quote with no explanation.
As well after the repair they cleaned my vehicle’s exterior but interior as well.
They also provide online access to your vehicle’s service history but also detailed maintenance information!

usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.

I had an excellent experience at Autospec LV. I drive a 2017 Audi A4 and, as you know the dealerships
prices even for an oil change are ridiculously through the roof. However it’s hard to find a reliable mechanic with the computer software to work on German cars. The owner Tony at Autospec LV and his technicians were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and timely. They brought me right in on my appointment time. There was minimal wait time and they kept me informed on the vehicles status the whole time. It can be scary, stepping out of the dealership and into a private garage, but I felt very confident with Tony and his technicians. They have years of experience and are more than qualified. I would recommend Tony to all of my friends and family. Five star service. PS Tony’s labor cost per hour is almost half of what I pay at the dealership!! Thank you Tony. I’ll be back!
