Throughout the entire process- from initial contact to picking up the car, he was very communicative and responsive. So much so that it was hard to believe I was dealing with an automobile service shop. Additionally the entire interaction with Monument was all done virtually.

I have known Jeremy (now owner) many years through this shop. This time, I had difficulty installing
a rear brake light bulb in my 01 V-70 Wagon (How difficult can it be to change a light bulb?). After extreme frustration, I called Jeremy and he said bring it in and they will help. It turns out the tail light assembly that accepts the bulb socket was worn out and the entire tail light assembly would have to be replaced. They had a used one in stock for $50 and were able to swap it out on the spot with only 1/2 hour labor charge. Thank you!

Was able to get my vehicle in for an oil change quickly. In the past, it was taking upwards of a mon
th to get an appointment. We were not going to be able to pick the vehicle up till the next day and they sent a lyft for my husband. They went above and beyond. Definitely, the level of service has greatly improved. Keep up the great work.
