Great and fast service.
I had an issue with the FWD on my Tacoma. They got it in the next day. Got it diagnosed and figured out. It was a little pricey for the repair but they used the recommended OEM replacement parts, so it was done right. Absolutely happy with the excellent service as usual.

Reliable, friendly, honest
The folks at Strictly Automotive are top tier! Alyssa provided incredible customer service and made sure that my cars maintenance was complete before my road trip back home to Salida, CO. The diagnostic tool they use provides transparency and allows the customer to see photo evidence of any concerns that they have. Overall, great experience and I definitely plan on returning for future maintenance— even though I have to drive 100 miles to get to them!

Best Shop in Denver - Honest and helpful personnel
I’ve been going to Strictly for years now, they have always been up front with me and super helpful. I can’t ‘speak’ car but they break it down so I understand. They tell you how to handle issue as if it were their vehicle. Compared to the dealership, they actually have techs working on the car not students. You always feel safe and good about walking out of Strictly. I will continue to use them for the years to come.

Trustworthy Mechanics and Top-Notch Service
I’ve been bringing my Honda CRV to Strictly Automotive for years now, and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. Every time I come in, I feel completely taken care of. No stress, no pressure, just clear communication and great service. The advisors are always so patient and thorough, making sure I understand what’s going on with my car and what my options are. I never feel rushed or talked down to, which unfortunately has happened at other shops in the past.

What really stands out is how transparent and honest they are. They break things down by urgency and help you understand what needs to be done right away and what can wait along with realistic timelines for that. During my last visit, my final bill actually came in lower than the original estimate, which just reinforces how much they value doing right by their customers.

The technicians clearly know what they’re doing and care about the work they put in. You can tell it’s not just about getting cars in and out, they genuinely want your car to run safely and smoothly. It’s rare to find an auto shop where you don’t feel like just another number, but Strictly Automotive makes you feel like your time, money, and trust actually matter.

If you’re looking for a place that’s honest, reliable, and consistently delivers great work, I can’t recommend them enough.

Misty is amazing!
I can’t thank Misty at Strictly Automotive enough for truly taking care of me. I was preparing for a long drive back to Texas and had gone to a Mazda dealership for a check-up but the experience was frustrating. I felt pressured, wasn’t given clear options, and left more anxious than reassured.

Then I called Strictly Automotive. Misty immediately put me at ease. She took the time to walk me through everything, even coming out to inspect my car and assess whether the belt needed immediate replacement. I explained my situation, and she went above and beyond to ensure I understood my options and felt empowered to make informed decisions.

Not only did she address my concerns, but she also made sure the entire vehicle was inspected to be road-trip ready. The team found an issue the dealership completely missed and made sure I was fully informed. The service was not only more affordable but far more thoughtful.

This is how auto care should feel and I’m incredibly grateful.

Strictly Automative is outstanding. The whole team is amazing. The service advisors are communicative, helpful, and ensure the customer is comfortable with what is happening to their vehicle. The technicians are skilled, efficient, and thorough. My final bill ended up being lower than what was estimated which I believe shows they are honest and truly have the customer’s best interests in mind.
